The most common service, a comprehensive land survey, resulting in a new Plat and Legal Description.

A comprehensive Land Survey, resulting in a new Plat and Legal description. In accordance with the American Land Title Association and National Society of Professional Surveyors.

Mortgage Location Survey
A boundary location survey required by some banks and mortgage lenders before securing a mortgage.

Topographic Survey
An elevation survey usually accompanying building or pond construction.

FEMA Elevation Certificates
An elevation survey, with accompaning FEMA paperwork for flood elevation certificates, outlining flood area classification.

Combining or Dividing Parcels
A comprehensive boundary survey, combining or dividing one or multiple parcels depending on clients request. Resulting in a new Plat and Legal Description(s).

The flagging and or staking of property corners and legal boundaries as client request.

About the Licensed Surveyor
Norman Poklar is a Licensed Land Surveyor for the State of Ohio. A former Structural Engineer for the U.S. Air Force, he received a degree in Construction Management from the University of Cincinnati and a Land Surveyors Degree from Cincinnati State. Norman has practiced Land Surveying since 2019.

Area Covered
We are based out of Mt Orab Ohio, ND we cover Brown, Clermont, Hamilton, Highland, Clinton, Butler, Warren, and Adams County. We will travel outside the area at special request.
